The 2023 track season was full of a lot of personal success and growth throughout the season. The guys all worked very hard and accepted the coaching and everyone saw substantial improvement from the first meet at Pryor to the regional meet at Stroud. The guys got a full lift every day before we went out and conditioned or did speed work and I believe that played a major role in their improvement. A lot of them gained pounds of muscle and continued to get faster and jump and throw further.
I am very proud of the work that these young men put in. We enjoyed coming in every day and going to work! Overall, we are a young team so I am excited to see the program grow and continue to build on this year’s successes!
